Return window
DriveCar accepts return requests within 14 calendar days after confirmed delivery for eligible items that are unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with original packaging where reasonably available.
Eligible returns
Items may be returned when they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or when the customer receives an item materially different from what was ordered. Standard change-of-mind returns may also be reviewed if the item remains in resellable condition.
Non-returnable items
Used items, customized items, final-sale items, and items returned without prior contact may be refused unless there is a verified quality issue or shipping error.
How to request a return
To request a return, the customer should email 907781034@qq.com with the order number, item name, photos when relevant, and a short explanation of the issue or reason for the request.
Refund processing
